Telephone / Online Sessions
For many people, the idea of travelling to a counselling room, sitting face to face, or being in an unfamiliar space can feel overwhelming. Online and telephone counselling offer a more flexible and accessible way to receive support, allowing you to connect from a place where you already feel safe whether that’s your home, a quiet room, or somewhere familiar and grounding.
I offer counselling online and by phone because I understand that safety looks different for everyone. For some, speaking without being seen can make it easier to open up. For others, being in their own space helps them feel more in control. These ways of working can reduce some of the barriers to getting help, especially when anxiety, trauma, health issues, caring responsibilities, or distance make face-to-face sessions difficult.
My approach remains the same whether we meet online or by phone: person-centred, trauma-informed, and guided by you. You set the pace, and you choose how you want to use the space. Counselling doesn’t rely on being in the same room it’s about the relationship, the trust we build, and having a place where you can speak freely, be heard, and feel supported on your own journey.
